After being disqualified in the Best Picture category of the recent MMFF, 'Honor Thy Father' received vindication in the 14th Gawad Tanglaw, winning Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Screenplay and Best Musical Scoring.
Other winners include JM de Guzman for Best Supporting Actor for 'Imbisibol' and Tessie Tomas for Best Actress for 'Old Skool'.
In the TV categories, notable winners include Coco Martin, Julia Montes and Alden Richards.
Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, aka ALDUB, also received a special Gawad Tanglaw award.
